Accessing your fund details made easy.

As a fund holder of the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound, you can access your fund information online through our Donor Portal. The Donor Portal makes it easy to manage your fund and is available 24/7 from anywhere, on any device.

Establishing your password

Community Foundation staff will initiate your access to the Donor Portal after your fund(s) have been established. You will receive an automated email from our team with a custom invitation link to create your login password and we encourage you to write down your password and store it somewhere safe for access later. For additional safety, we also encourage you to logout after completing every session in the portal.

Note: Community Foundation Staff does not have access to passwords. If you are locked out of your account, did not receive the invitation email, or need to change your email on file please contact Susan Adams (she/her) at susan@thecommunityfoundation.com for assistance.

Accessing The Portal

We strive to make your access to the Donor Portal easy, intuitive, and a tool that help to further your philanthropic efforts. To get started, please review the Donor Portal Guide relevant to your fund type (please note that one guide is specific to Scholarship Funds, and the other is applicable to all other fund types). From the Donor Portal, you will be able to view your current balance and verify any contributions that are made to your fund. You can also initiate grants requests (if applicable), make a contribution to your fund or another fund held at the Community Foundation electronically, and review any awards or grants made from your fund.

Are you ready to login?

• Click on the green 'Donor Portal Login' button below.‍
• Enter your username and password.
• Select the fund you want to review, if you have more than one fund.
• Use the tabs to navigate through the Fund Advisor Portal, and reference your Guide if needed.
